Media News : ‘Euphoria’ Season 3: Fans Need Answers to These 4 Burning Questions .

Euphoria has been officially renewed for season 3, but it will be a while before fans have new episodes to enjoy. The season 2 finale left a lot of loose ends untied for Rue, Fezco, and the rest of the characters. These are some of the most pressing questions that fans need answers to when Euphoria returns.

Is Fezco still alive? Did he go to prison?

Euphoria Season 2 had a heartbreaking finale for Ashtray and Fezco. Custer turned against them and began helping the police investigate Mouse’s murder. When Custer bugged the house, Faye tried to warn Fezco not to say anything incriminating. Unfortunately, Ashtray didn’t get the memo and he stabbed Custer in the neck.

The police showed up minutes later. Fezco tried to tell Ashtray to let him take the fall for Custer’s murder, but Ashtray instead locked himself in the bathroom and fired back at the police. Ashtray was shot and killed, and Fezco took a bullet in the crossfire.

It seems more than likely that Fezco survived the encounter, but diehard fans of the character will want to know that for sure. It will also be interesting to see where Fezco is at in Euphoria Season 3. Is he serving jail time? Recently released from prison? Grieving in the aftermath of Ashtray’s death? Only time will tell.

Will Laurie get her revenge in ‘Euphoria’ Season 3?

Euphoria left a big loose end untied. Earlier in season 2, Laurie the drug dealer loaned Rue a suitcase full of $10k worth of drugs. Laurie warned Rue that if she screwed up, Laurie would, “sell her to some real sick people.” Rue narrowly escaped Laurie’s house in episode 5, and she doesn’t have the drugs or the money to pay Laurie back.

It seems unlikely that someone as cold and calculated as Laurie would let Rue go when she owed her money. Additionally, when the police were listening into Fezco’s house, Faye insisted that it was Laurie who killed Mouse. Faye even called Laurie a drug dealer and described where she lives. This could make her a target for Laurie as well.

Who is the third Jacobs brother?

Questions surrounding the Jacobs family have permeated Euphoria watchers’ minds since the beginning. Eagle-eyed fans noticed that although they have only been introduced to two of Cal and Marsha’s sons, a family portrait in the hallway shows three boys.

In an interview with SiriusXM, Cal actor Eric Dane stated that the third boy was not an oversight, and fans need an explanation about what happened to this kid. Plenty of theories have been circulating about the third Jacobs brother. Some believed that the little boy was Ashtray or even Elliot.

Others think the mysterious child died long ago. “My completely random guess is dead just bc the family is already pretty messed up so that could add to it,” one Reddit user wrote. Whatever the story is, fans are ready to have an answer in Euphoria Season 3.

Will Rue stay clean in ‘Euphoria’ Season 3?

The Euphoria Season 2 finale ended with Rue’s narration stating that she stayed clean through the rest of the school year. However, Rue is known to be an unreliable narrator, so things might not be as straightforward as they seem. It’s possible that Euphoria Season 3 will have a time jump to Rue’s senior year when she could potentially relapse. After all, the character has pointed out several times how the odds are stacked against her staying clean.

All episodes of Euphoria are currently streaming on HBO Max.
